At Odd Jobs Utah, we take pride in the quality of our work and strive to provide reliable, professional service. However, due to the nature of the services we provide, we have the following refund policy in place:

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services once they have been completed. By booking a service with Odd Jobs Utah, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

No Warranties

Odd Jobs Utah provides services “as is,” with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. We do not offer warranties on any labor or services performed. It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any concerns at the time of service so that we may address them in real-time if possible.

Customer Satisfaction

While we do not offer refunds or warranties, we do care about our customers' satisfaction. If you have concerns about the quality of service received, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we’ll do our best to work toward a fair resolution where appropriate.
